Viale Morgagni, 1b (% 055.4369381) since April has taken over as Rex Cafè’s summer habitat where you can find all the usual Rex staff for the season. The colourful Spanish style decor on several levels is inviting and attractive, while its new shady outside terrace is perfect for anything from breakfast to sundowners and nightcaps!
Barcelò offers its clients - many of them students - reasonably priced nibbles and foods throughtout the day and well into the night!
Start the morning with a Slow Breakfast (unknown to most Italians!), with delicious cakes and hot drinks, or drop in for a salad-based lunch (with glorious carpaccios), or later still for a aperitif. Apart from this, Thursdays are dedicated to Greek aperitifs based on typical products and Ouzo, while Sundays come to life with spicy Mexican delicacies, drinks and music.
Barcelò can also organise - on request - birthday, going-home and goodbye parties (or whatever!).
